Kindle!

Sorry to make this command, kindle has been doing very well recently and I read an article about it ( I think NY times),it says kindle beats the expectation and more and more people subscribe to it.

It's great to hear that Kindle is doing well. I believe that there must be an eReader to dominate the market some day, and perhaps Kindle is the answer, according to your comment.

Thanks for your updates.

For the above mentioned NY time article....

Dear c,

I have to say that the article you mentioned about on the NY Times is somewhat subjective itself, and one can not get the same conclusion from the information that the auther provides.

Please also mind that, shortly after Amazon published this amazing reader on November 2007, its share price rose to 95, which reflected the expectations of the market. However, the share price soon reversed on January 2008, and it is now traded around 75, which implies that the dream is still a dream.

well... amzn was up because of it's strong sales figure, Analyst Predicts $750 Million Worth of Kindle Sales by 2010, for amzn that's only friction of their sales. Sorry I have to change the subject, I want to know what you think about 華航三(26104)? Any recommandations?

It is not my policy to make recommendations for any specific securities. So, I will put it in general terms.

2610 is a semi-government owned company and the market considered it is safe in terms of financial aspects. Therefore, quite a lot of institutional investors are eager to hold some portion of its CBs.

The put yield is about 4% if 2610 survives on the put date 2010/8/7.

Though the conversion price is far far away from current market price of 2610, it is still a good bet to have this free option in addition to 4% yield.

CB is a bargain only when conversion price is so far away from the market price that it seems impossible to convert.

But whether 2610 will go broke by 2010/8/7 is not for sure. Please make your own judgment seriously.
